Email s7venturecapital@gmail.com. Include your iPhone model and iOS version, and if something went wrong during a workout, roughly when it happened — sessions are timestamped, which makes them much easier to find.
We're a very small team. You'll get a person, not a ticket number.
Common questions
My workout didn't sync
Kinetic logs everything on the device first and syncs afterwards, so a set recorded in a basement gym with no signal is already safe. It uploads on its own when the connection returns. If a workout still looks missing after you've been back online for a few minutes, get in touch.
I lost my phone — is my history gone?
No. Everything that finished syncing lives on your account, not just on the device. Sign in with the same Apple ID on a new iPhone and your history, sets, body weight entries, and goals come back. The only thing that can't be recovered is a set logged offline on the lost phone that never reached the network.
Deleting your account and data
Open Settings → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes your account and every workout, set, body weight entry, goal, meal, and filmed clip attached to it. It can't be undone, it doesn't require emailing anyone, and we don't keep a copy.
Managing your subscription
Kinetic Pro is billed through your Apple Account. Open Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription in the app, or Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone. Cancelling stops the renewal; you keep Pro until the period you've paid for ends.
Dropping back to the free tier doesn't delete anything. The app displays a rolling 30 days, and the rest of your history stays on your account and reappears if Pro is active again.
Restoring a purchase
Sign in with the same Apple Account you bought it with, then Settings → Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, not your Kinetic account.
Linking or unlinking a coach
Enter your coach's code in the app to link. Once linked they can see your sessions, sets, and filmed clips and leave form checks on any clip. Either side can end the link at any time, which cuts off access immediately. A coach can never add themselves to your account.
The camera
Camera access is used for filming a set and for the nutrition-label scanner. Where Kinetic runs body-pose detection it happens entirely on your iPhone using Apple's Vision framework — no video, image, or pose data leaves the device.
Becoming a creator
Kinetic pays creators 50% of every membership they refer, for as long as it stays active. Email and ask for a code, telling us the handle you'd like and where you post.
